SPE-UTP-SC will be organizing a student chapter conference, namely Society of Petroleum Engineers Malaysia Student Chapter Conference 2008 (SPEMSCC 08). The main objective is to provide an opportunity for the graduating students to engage in discussions about the future directions for young professionals in the oil and gas industry. 18 student chapters in the Asia Pacific region and all local universities are anticipated to participate in this conference.
